Like Air Selected for the European Genre Forum

We are delighted that our folk horror Like Air by debuting female writer-director Elvira Dulskaia will be a part of the 11th edition of the European Genre Forum.
The European Genre Forum (EGF) is a training programme that sets to boost the careers of future European players in the genre film industry through three talent labs, packed with trainings, panels, mentoring and pitching sessions. The programme is jointly organised by Fantastic Zagreb Film Festival, Imagine Fantastic Film Festival (Amsterdam), Black Nights Film Festival and its Industry platform Industry@Tallinn&Baltic Event (Tallinn).
In 2025, EGF celebrates its 11th edition with 80 genre film projects under its belt. The forum has established itself as a recognized learning platform for professionals working in European genre and fantastic film industry. In its 11th edition, EGF will run three talent Labs from the end of June to November 2025. The objective of the European Genre Forum is to provide comprehensive cross-sector and film life cycle training for professionals working in European genre and fantastic film – a rapidly growing pan-European industry that is still distinctively different from the general film industry.
We are happy to be a part of this wonderful programme and look forward to meeting all the other film professionals with passion for European genre films.
